1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
• Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Estimated delivery time:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship in India only.

4. Warm Weather Shipping

• During warmer months, we take extra precautions to protect temperature-sensitive items like chocolates.
• This may include insulated packaging and ice packs. Additional charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can use this number to track your shipment’s status.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Delays & Issues

• While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs processing.

8. Damaged or Melted Items

• We package your order with care, but if your items arrive damaged or melted, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@dugaroverseas.com with photos and order details.
